Elite Management and Lettings Ltd is a local independent North East-based company specialising in residential lettings and property management. Both private, individual homes and block/apartment buildings fall within the scope of the company.
We are also specialists in finding unique or executive-style homes for company relocations for short or long-term lets near the major centres of Durham City or Newcastle. Both have excellent rail links to all parts of the country and, of course, Newcastle Airport is a short distance from many luxury homes which fall into this category.
Finally, we also offer a unique service to our customers if work
is required to any property prior to letting or after a tenant has
moved out. We are able to undertake small works such as
industrial cleaning, new carpets, and redecoration or even
a new kitchen or bathroom. All services are competitively
priced and all work carried out to exacting standards by
fully qualified tradesmen.
We will administer any project from
start to finish once we have received
written instructions regarding the
specification and budget. The cost for
this service is 12% of total expenditure.
