Elite Management and Lettings Ltd is a leading private company in the area of residential property management and we are committed to offering the highest standards of service at the developments which we manage.
We oversee a range of residential property including small and large blocks of apartments and mixed estates of houses and apartments. Our office is registered in Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne. Customer services and administration are based in our Durham office where most day to day requirements are handled.
What we Do
Occasionally the legal structure can vary from development to development but Elite Management’s job remains the same on all of the properties which we oversee. It is to provide the management services specified in your deeds and to manage the covenants in those deeds.
The cost of providing the various services is paid for by means of a “service charge” paid by you and your neighbours. This charge includes a management fee charged by us for the work which we do to ensure you live in a safe and well-maintained environment.

- Minor building works to individual apartments/flats such as redecoration, cleaning, new carpets/floor coverings or even a new kitchen or bathroom.

- Preparing and issuing of the annual service charge budget
- Issuing bills for service charge
- Payment of suppliers and contractors
- Maintaining financial records
- Preparing annual service charge accounts
- Liaising with independent accountants for certification
- Dealing with yearend surplus or deficit
