When you decide to rent a property it may take a while to find the right one for you so allow yourself enough time. It could take four to six weeks or even longer. All current properties are displayed on our easy-to-use website as well as other property websites such as Rightmove.co.uk. Once you have found a property then contact us to arrange an accompanied viewing. This can usually be arranged within 48 hours. Rents are per calendar month, payable in advance.
Your basic costs of the tenancy will be:
- One month’s rent in advance
- A deposit equivalent to one month’s rent +15% (refundable if the terms of the agreement are fully upheld)
- Cost of gas, water, electric, telephone and council tax
